Rugby is a game of skill based exploration, its enjoyment and delight in the skilful aso. But one thing they won't compromise on is they want to win it their way. I'd be interested to know how many coaches drop out because they're upset at being challenged or harmony. There's time constraints and they're not supported. And perhaps that's the driver od drop out as well, not just we've upset them. It's about stretch and support.
