How to Be a Successful Founder

Many founders have started building their businesses in public and that actually has been quite helpful because there's a certain immediacy to seeing if you do it one way or the other. I think as a founder, it makes you feel more stable in your own decisions to see that other people don't really comprehend the full picture of the business they're building too. Nobody knows really what they're doing to the extent of actually making informed choices which are not just mostly guesses. You will feel better if you guess wrong yourself. Perfectionism is not a problem that I encountered too much. Like as a developer I want my code to be perfect. Not because I have this higher aspiration but just because a
