I've been thinking about this lately, specially ifi, i've been revisiting your work. I feel think that's a lot harder, because everybody in the organization has some sort of personal motivation. There's no way to assemble that group within an organization from people within the ation where it's just neutral. So one of the ways i've seen some workplaces do it is to bake this into performance reviews. You know, bridgewater would be the extreme example, where you're evaluated ond whether you disagree with the people above you.

What would it take to make you rethink a deeply held point of view or belief? That’s one of Adam Grant’s recent fascinations. Adam is an organizational psychologist and TED speaker who helps people find meaning and motivation at work. He has been Wharton’s top-rated professor for 7 straight years.
