What Is a Natural Life Style?

There seems to be this there's something unnatural about our current life style, especially urban life styles. The argument you see from like marxiss a lot about neo liberalism making us miserabled. Is that getting something wrong about the idea of what's a natural life style? Or is there something wrong with seeing primitive as synonymous with natural in terms of life style?
