Is It Possible to Adapt to Overtime?

i did try quito for a good six or seven months, and some of it was cool. But my training in the gim cause i tend to train up in the eight, ten, 12 reprange for a lot of his sets. And iwas like, but i've heard that you adapt to this. I didn't like, i'm open to the idea that it's possible. If we have to work this hard to find a benefit, it can't be that big of a benefit.
