Nubu was the first restaurant of its kind in New York City, opening in 1994. The design has since gone on to create over 20 Nubu restaurants and hotels around the world. What do you attribute the success of your long-term collaboration with Nubu Matsuhat Hisa? I really think of Nubu as a kind of brother.
