I'm about halfway through running a course with a group of writers that's called the pleasure catalyst so we're kind of digging into some of the concepts in this book and I'm giving people exercises that are not identical to what's in the book but are drawn from them. It's been just extraordinary to see the response when you give people a bit of time and space to go and and think about well where do I really find pleasure Where do I find pleasure in my in my life in my hobbies how can I bring some of that pleasure to my writing? And all of these are are really big powerful questions that help people move themselves and they're writing and they're thinking to a new place
