How Do You Fuel Your Athletes?

Training on the upper end of the typical volumes that you see for age grupers was to take of fuel in being imported. And i'd like to see something every three hours. My im whether you decide that you're going into six small meals, whether you do breakfast, lunch, dinner and then snack in between. We don't like to see gaps of longer than about three hours. Your body can often get into a energy deficient state,. which maybe in one season that might be ok, but i have seen a lot athletes run into trouble's long term by being in that energy depleted state.
