Some days I just do 10 things I'm grateful for. Some days I have a huge urge to write in the journal pages and pages. Sometimes it's just noticing emotional things that happened and writing it down so that I can see if there's a pattern. This might be a little bit of a weird question, but I feel like we've internalized so much negative messaging that it can almost be hard to sit down and draw on our positive qualities.
