Cognitive Bias in Meditation

Once you have successfully framed someone as a bad person, then it's hard to change people's minds. I do think that when I'm being most faithful to my meditation practice, I am at least somewhat less likely to fall prey to both of these biases. Just understanding how people, friends and enemies are processing the world could keep us out of a lot of trouble.
