Would We Have Been Better Off Doing the Spin Out
I wasn't like playing hard to gat. The thing i've wondered about is, would wehave been better off doing the spin out ourselves and then going to market for the professional services business? We could certainly had a more competitive biting process. On the other hand, the deal that we did, even without the spin off, was a good and fair deal. And i think the spin off was a way of creating extra value for our share holders out of nothing.
