The Existence of Contingent Beings
The existence of infinity is not self-contradicacy at all. Mathematicians know precisely how to deal with infinity, so the physicists. We rely on infinities. In fact, there's a field of mathematics called complex variables which is the basis of much of modern physics. The universe is stranger than you think. And we are hardwired to want to believe in a host of things. It's what we need as human beings to exist.
