Kevin is one of Anthony's proteges and is also one of the very best python hunters in the world. Kevin actually caught the longest python in south Florida. Burmese pythons are called constrictors because they wrap their bodies around their prey, squeezing it to death. They're eating so many native prey species that other native predators need to eat. So it's become a multi-million dollar year-round effort with federal and state funding to rid the Everglades of the pythons.
