The Importance of Load Transfer in Cars
In a car, you want to keep the weight on all four tires as close to equal as possible. But in a cart, you kind of sacrifice that to get the thing to turn because it has no suspension and it doesn't have a solid rear axle. One of the big tuning tools we used was the width of the rear tires. We were at 55 inches outside the outside, but you could be less than that sometimes you'd run 48 inches.
