Building a Story Around a Person's Flaw

Make sure you have those things that need fixing this when I do story consulting I am constantly seeing scripts of don't havethings that need fixing constantly and it drives like you said one yeah or just one they can't sustain 90 pages no. When you're asking yourself what how do I drive these things like how do I get those usually the the best way is to construct the person's flaw, then say how does that flaw mess up every relationship in their life  like how can this flaw kind of mess everything up? You can also do it from other directions like different characters flaws to back to the character right just write them down come up with them put your whiteboard just of that white
