The Concept of Corruption

The idea of corruption is a little bit more than that. It has also the idea of something or someone, really, who used to be good or potentially good who then becomes bad, bad right? Non-virtuous, non-good. There's a huge amount of corruption. But I guess you could say a criminal is corrupt, but we don't really say that. Almost never do I hear that word used to discuss a criminal because we expect a criminal to have bad behavior. We expect acriminal to lie or to steal.
