The Importance of Community in Bitcoin

I like to think in terms of why something happens. What prevents me from becoming a conspiracy theorist is that conspiracy theorists happen when you fall in love with your own theories. And if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. But getting back to Bitcoin. You have people like me who are revolutionaries. And we're revolutionaries. We fundamentally agree that the status quo is just broken. It's just brought into the core. The way I see it is that the system as it exists cannot survive. It will mutate into something else. And I'd rather use Bitcoin and this new technology to make sure it mutates into something that's good rather than bad.
