Developing Mines

I'm mindful of the diabolical difficulty of forecasting not only commodity prices, but what management boards will do with excess cash when they have it. Developing mines are very, very, very expensive with very long payback periods. It's also a very uncertain business because it usually costs more to build and develop than you think. So yeah, I'm amongst, I'm being watched with great curiosity from the side modes.
