But with the advent of in play betting, what happens now is that as soon as the match starts, you can still bet. So say it's a rugby league or an AFL match and your side goes to 20 points in front,. You can now bet on the other side at $3. 40 a certain amount of your money to cover up. Does that make sense? It does.
