The Importance of Attitude and Aptitude in Delegation
Having someone who has good attitude and good aptitude for the role you've got them in, I think that adds a lot of confidence when you go to delegate. You know what I've seen in people though, there's a sense of empowerment that it gives them. And so do you think that most skills can be learned though? Skills can be learned, yes. But if you try to delegate to someone who doesn't have the right attitude or have the right aptitude, then you're going to have a challenge.
