The Features of Divine Providence

Everything that happens belongs in one way or another to divine providence. Providence extends to the particulars, Aquinas says. It's a plan of secondary agents working for particular ends by proper acts. The book of wisdom says "wisdom is the fashioner of all things" In light of this providential plan for the world, it's a plan Of wisdom.
