COVID-19 First Lockdown as a Window Into Language Acquisition Colon
Study looked at language acquisition in children with and without lockdowns. Researchers found that kids who had lots of passive screen exposure didn't require vocabulary quite as much. But it seems that one thing that we already know isn't that great, is the lack of interaction between adults and children.
