The History of Freemasonry
The Freemasonry is deeply rooted in a kind of formal code of equality and tolerance. Once you enter the lodge, you leave your status in the outside world behind you and you become a brother. George Washington latched on to it because he said it needed to be a lodge for the virtues. Castro was very pro-Fremasons, wouldn't he? Yeah, I wouldn't say very pro-fremasons, but I mean Freemasons was banned. Pretty much all communist regimes with the exception of Castro's Cuba.
