Only two of the seven studies that were included found a statistically significant positive effects on an outcome measure relating to strength power. I feel like spinach just totally gets looked over. It's really not cool. But a spinach has everything you'd ever want eat more spinach. You could totally get realistic amounts here without having to go the supplementation rout.
