The Confusion Over Who Is a Special Advisor to UK Government on Digital Strategy
Charlotte Owen said she worked in number 10 from February 2021 until October 2022 when Boris left. But public documents name all of the special advisors in number 10 and various government departments. She seems to have a 50-50 job share working in for the Chief Whip as much as for the Prime Minister. There is another person on the list called Colvir Ranger who sources had pointed out that he was a special advisor on the UK government's digital strategy. They said he never... He was... They have no recollection of him. I duly look through the same documents. His name is not there. So, it seems that there has been some confusion about the fact that he is not a special advisor
