Is It Helpful to Be Active?

Being active and trying some relaxation techniques can help. The tate is not so good that this does help or not. But even that, i think these are all beneficial things to do regardless of the situation. It's hard for us to say, younow, this for sure works, or this for sure doesn't work. And so i'm generally very encouraging for women to try all of them and just see what happens.
