Are Beneficiary Designations Superseding a Will?
The most important part of a will is called guardianship provision. That's like, who takes care of the kids if something happens to both of us? So some wills you can specifically jut say, like my children. You don't need an attorney to be present when you sign a will. It's really just a notary and witness. But i now, i'd, i'd stay out o that. Your will is public record. I can literally look up anybody whos passed away with a will and read it like you can read a aritha franklin.
