Ruth Bader Ginsburg was actually when she was a litigator at the ACLU. She was really big about this. People will always cloak their desire for classifications in benign purposes, right? We see this with, with women in history that it used to say, you know, we need to keep women out of the workplace because they don't stand on their feet too much. It's for their own benefit. And I think there's this difference with opinion between Justice Thomas and Justice Jackson about whether racial preferences can ever be good.
