We construct our organizational spaces under the illusion that we have to show as perfect. And therefore we hide er mistakes or times, you know, things that we don't know about. But of course, as soon as we hide, as soonas we hide it, we are just building that norm that rule says you don't talk about it when you've made a mistake. So am, i think what you say is really important, andr and and the more that we can make it ok to talk about things, that's probably going to help er hugely,. Our ability to talk about and learn from when things don't go well and mistakes.
