Mortal Kombat - Perfect Menu

There is no consistent way to select things in Perfect Dark. You can't like cycle through with the D-pad even, for example. It's just your whole inventory is there in a kind of word cloud. This was one of the only truly unforgivable things that happened to me when playing this game.
