Mike Malloy's Insurance Fraud

Frank Pasquen wanted the policy so that he could pay for Mike's funeral in the event of an unexpected death. This whole procedure looks really shady. One guy pays the premiums on another guy to whom he's not related. The application for prudential policy number 64827 was turned down August 24th.
