What Kind of Assistance the CIA Gives?

Some agencies have clearly been working on setting up sleeper cells inside Russia for a long time. There are other players in the game, including Cold War era resistance networks that activated when Russia invaded Ukraine. The U.S. also with our capabilities and like signals, intelligence are providing that sort of like reach back element.
