Is There Any Nuance That You Shouldn't Miss?

It is commonplace for the vast majority of strength lifters to utilize partial ranges of motion to address specific issues. It can also often be used to prevent injuries, so honestly, across the board, some people straight up thought that a four-hinger motion was more injurious or less injurious than a partial range of motion. Psychologically, lifting a heavier weight, or at least handling a weight that you're not usually handling during your regular competition standard lifts can help psychologically with potentially if you get psyched out from a certain weight and so forth. We don't have enough evidence yet.
