Yoga has helped me build resilience. I it has helped me actually tune into what's happening a little bit better as it's happening, and respond accordingly. And so oftentimes i have to have the consistency and the presence of showing up. But then within my practice, on any given day, i might see, man to day is a data really work to day - but in doing so, seeing that we need to respond to what's happening internally and externally,. absolutely.
