What Makes a Great Teacher?

Teaching isn't about getting information out, it's about getting through. There is almost no way to accelerate empathy alone. Most people can't help but be highly pathetic when they are in some one's shoose for hours or days. Stay close to the action. Be with employees. Don't just go shake hands and kiss babies. The more ampathy you have for more stakeholders, the more clear priorities are.
