How to Get the Most Out of Your Time on the National Team
I think the key thing that stands out and stood out listening to Dr. Fader was just this idea that when we tell somebody to do something, there's a natural human inclination for somebody to dig in their heels or resist. But if you can do it and it's not trickery in any way, but if there are techniques, I guess that listening techniques that allow people to state for themselves what they wants to do and how they want to do it is really powerful. It's really cool. Some great areas. That's something, Billy and I've tried to dive into a lot and I think it's really powerful.
