The Republican Party is either a Trumpist party or it's a divided party, says John Avlon. He argues that Pence has done more than most to distinguish himself from Donald Trump. But even him, it's still very resident, reticent to really go scorched earth on the GOP front-runner and his campaign. "You got to take that risk and punch him in the rhetorical face," he adds.
