Is There a Structural Constant in Lifting Weights?

i think lifting weights am as it built in emphasis on delay gratification through just that process and of itself. As a novice lifter, the aggregate experience is scaled to how quickly you can make progress. It's just that you have to put in weeks and months when you're an intermediate, and months and years as an advance lifter. So you don't get too caught up on a single day. But interestingl enough, that that reality creates problems at different scales. Forbarbani: i was in a rut that recently. Cause there was no easy, identifiable factor, but it was just te whole lot of workouts.
