The idea that our emotional boundaries will tie to our values reminds me of something Elizabeth Uva-Bannene said in our episode on motivation. Since our values are different, what feels acceptable or not acceptable to us will be different too. Maintaining a boundary is not the easiest thing if somebody's being difficult, but for the most part, if it's a healthy boundary and you're dealing with functional people, the maintenance part is pretty easy.
