Is Happiness a by Product of Other Things?

I always try to put myself in the minds of others, because i think in terms of reality tunnels and not like other things. How do they convince it? Mean, is therre a target group here that has very low self esteem, that is yearning for something? And generally, i find, i'm a big believer that happiness comes from within, not from without. You can't seek it in of itself. It's a by product of other things that make you happy, for example, a purpose in life, a family, et cetera. Are those the poor people whom these people are preying on? First i would argue that they're not preying on people
