What Advice Would You Give to Newcomers?

I think for me, the best thing always worked was having a specific goal. I want to be fluent is very abstract. If I want to lead a meeting forming 10 people, then like how fluent should I be? That's my way. So that's how I like set my goal, regardless of what it is. And okay, then I need to work this way.Yeah, strike when the iron is hot. Oh, while the sun is shining, make hay, perhaps. Yeah, I'm the same. When something pops in my head, I'm like, okay, I need to write this now, or I need to talk about this now.
