Is There a Better Warm Up?

The other thing that I've noticed is a better warm up. One of the things that like with the old school jujitsu warm up of running around in circles for like 15 minutes right but then at the same time there are more efficient ways to get a good warm up. If we can just create something where more people can be exposed to a betterwarm up than I think the rate of injury or addressing old issues it's going to be better for that and then injury rates will start to be less.
