Wakefield's Plan to Produce a Single Measles Vaccine?

Wakefield's research started as paid work for a lawyer trying to justify a lawsuit. He would made something like $450,000 for this work alone. Wakefield initially agreed to conduct the study with 150 children but he never actually did because the 1998 Lancet study had been a total scam. All of Wakefield's patients had been recruited by anti-MMR vaccine campaigners.
