How to Deal With an Unhealthy ESTP
An ESTP is using a process technically called introverted thinking. That's their co-pilot and that's their growth state. An unhealthy ESTP oftentimes shows up as somebody who is dealing with some cognitive dissonance. The more healthy an ESTP is, the more they're able to input because there's really no danger in what you have to say. They are just like an ESFP at their highest levels is an integrity with themselves, an alignment with themselves.
