Impacting a Roadmap With Proactive Research

A lot of times, researchers are spent guessing and that's when you have to push your stakeholders and ask them questions. If you see a big project coming up on a roadmap, you know, you can ideally research is working ahead of that. So, it's much easier to do this with usability tests. But I know that sometimes seeing somebody's roadmap ahead of time is not easy and does not always happen.
