The Senate Democratic Super Majority on the Housing Supply Crisis in New York

I think anyone paying any attention at all thinks there's a housing supply crisis. We're doing well in terms of relative to other states, but we live in a country where we're not providing for these things. The tax breaks that are, they believe are necessary to produce new housing, especially in New York with the such high rates of property tax. But again, the goal here is to get everybody with a very wide range of perspectives onto the table.
