Global Governance - Who's the We?

Thea Roberts says the establishment narrative of globalization has been attacked in the US from both sides of the political spectrum. Today she focuses on what is called global governance, looking at how we govern different regimes around the world. Consider for instance the World Trade Organization founded in 1995 with a mission to ensure that trade flows as smoothly, predictably and freely as possible.
