When procurement's done wrong, they focus on price only. They're not thinking about how do we solve the problem more than anything else? I totally agree with that. You know how many times I've worked with procurement or my clients and customers have worked with procurement. And at the end of the day, procurement really has no idea what the outcome of the business function is trying to achieve none whatsoever.
