Putin's Threats to the United States

When he annexed two parts of Ukraine, raising the question of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, they created a precedent. Putin clearly knows what he's doing here. He's trying to intimidate the United States and NATO. But I think it is utterly premature for the U.S. to think that we have deterred Vladimir Putin.
