I think it's reasonable to assume that at some point there's going to be an availability question this season. The Patriots have decided that the juice is worth the squeeze on this. He walked out of practice under weird circumstances the other day already had us had a team suspension last year, right at the end of the year. So this is a player who's caused them some headaches in a number of ways, but who's really, really good.
